Avila Beach Drive Updates

In June The County of San Luis Obispo achieved the Project Approval and Environmental Document (PA&ED) milestone for the US 101/Avila Beach Drive interchange improvement project. The proposed roundabout, park-and-ride, and other interchange improvements will meet the project purpose and need by improving traffic operations and multimodal access. This was truly a team effort. Pacific Grove Sewer Collection

Our team is hard at work this summer with four projects in the City of Pacific Grove. The projects include sewer main upsizing, manhole rehabilitation and manhole replacements. In addition to these upgrades, we are also completing sidewalk upgrades, ADA improvements, and road repairs. The project pictured includes some large excavations and multiple pipe burstings. Kudos to our team – Paul Burns, Kyle Anderson, Kari Wagner and Rich Pavlich.

Pismo Preserve Volunteers

A fire in Avila Beach, CA resulted in bulldozer lines being cut through popular trails at our wonderful project, the Pismo Preserve. Thankfully the fire never made it to the dozer lines. Volunteers, including Wallace Group employees, came out Thursday morning to help repair the trails. Trail work continued up the hillside – COVID protocols were followed for volunteer safety.
