Wallace Group Announces New Director of Water Resources- Greg Hulburd, PE

As we ring in the new year, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Greg Hulburd, PE, to Director of Water Resources. Greg joined Wallace Group in 2019 as a Civil Engineer, bringing with him experience from GHD and Weiss Associates, where he built a strong foundation in groundwater, stormwater, water, and wastewater systems.

A graduate of Stanford University, Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and Science, uniquely positioning him to lead our Water Resources Department with both technical expertise and environmental insight.

In his time with Wallace Group, Greg has made significant contributions to the firm, holding roles on major projects such as the City of Paso Robles’ Golden Hill/Union Road Roundabout, the County of Monterey’s Chualar wastewater consolidation project, and the City of Salinas’ Boronda Road Phase One Improvements.

With Greg at the helm of the Water Resources Department, we look forward to leveraging his leadership and expertise to continue delivering exceptional service to our clients and the communities we serve.
