Cutino Park
The project was part two, phase 1, of the Cutino Park Improvements. This portion of the project included removal of existing play structures, concrete structures, pavement pathways, planting, irrigation, storm drain, and site furnishing and the installation of new play equipment, a parking lot, concrete pathways, a bio retention pond, site furnishings, landscaping, and irrigation. New bleachers were also installed near the sports field. Additionally, the next phase of the project was included in this portion of the project which included new picnic areas and additional site furnishing such as concrete picnic tables. The project was federally assisted using funds granted by a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Davis-Bacon requirements were enforced and upheld throughout the project.
