Diverse housing products and private amenities set against 580 acres of open space and oak woodlands, help fulfill the high need for housing in Santa Barbara County. Wallace Group helped to deliver water tanks, streets, lots, entry monumentation, and the award-winning, 26-acre regional park, which bridges a scenic gorge with play fields, playgrounds, dog parks, and picnic areas. Our landscape architects were also part of the planning and design team which secured unanimous approval from the Board of Supervisors, The Planning Commission, The Parks Commission, and The Trails Commission for the Rice Ranch Specific Plan Amendment in 2015.
