Pebble Beach CSD Undergrounding of Overhead Utilities

Project Description:

The Pebble Beach Community Services District maintains a fund to convert approximately ten miles of overhead utility lines throughout the Pebble Beach community to underground, to promote safety and improve reliability for their residents and visitors. The overall project has been divided into six phases, each roughly one to two miles long and administered under the PG&E Rule 20B Tariff. Two of the six phases have been completed to date, and construction of the third phase will start in the first quarter of 2021. Wallace Group prepared the Basis of Design Evaluation and continues to serve as the liaison between the utility companies and Pebble Beach CSD, facilitate design efforts, and promote client goals through planning, design, and construction.
