Project Description:

Developers of Trilogy Monarch Dunes were seeking to build a master planned community centered around an active lifestyle, which includes two golf courses, a community club, equestrian trails, network of walking paths, village center, vineyards, business park, on-site wastewater treatment facility, and water storage facilities. Wallace Group provided multi-discipline services including comprehensive civil engineering, water resources/wastewater engineering, construction management, landscape architecture, and surveying services. To date, our team successfully completed three phases of the project, phase 4 is currently under construction. These four phases include the design and construction of thirteen subphases.
