Buckley Road Extension

Whenever much-needed housing is being built the developers usually pitch in and fund offsite improvements to help with transportation demands. Buckley Road Extension is now open and connects Hwy 227 with South Higuera. Improved circulation is vital, and this new road achieves that goal. Wallace Group was the civil engineer for this project on this 1/3 mile of fresh asphalt. Whitaker Construction, the City of SLO, the County of SLO and Caltrans all contributed to the success of this project.
