#TBT Wallace Group assisted in the development of a mixed-used commercial space, hotel, and residential condominiums in downtown San Luis Obispo. Design focused on access and has transformed the small narrow downtown street into a destination.

Wallace Group is honored to team with Rural Community Development Corporation of California – RCDCC and the City of Guadalupe to help bring resources and amenities to Central Park, Guadalupe. The community outreach Charette was held on Saturday, October 17 where we received helpful feedback and new updates to improve access and safety for the park! Stay tuned for updates at the next Parks & Recreation Commission Meeting on Wednesday, November 18.
