Celebrating our Del Monte Manor project, which won environmental project of the year with APWA’s Monterey Chapter. The project included constructing a bioswale that accepts water from the City of Seaside’s storm drain system and allows the water to infiltrate back into the ground. Our team provided construction management services for this important project.

Congratulations to Alvaro Escobedo, associate engineer and intern working out of our Salinas office. Alvaro was granted the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion scholarship on behalf of the Monterey APWA chapter.

Wallace Group is having fun while supporting a good cause at the Annual APWA Monterey Bay Golf Tournament. The event raises funds for the student programs which assist youth entering the field of Public Works, Engineering, and Construction Management.

Wallace Group is proud to announce that our Stockade Demolition Project for the City of Marina won APWA’s 2022 Project of the Year for Environmental with a budget less than $5million. Additionally, The Urban Diversion Stormwater Project for the City of Pacific Grove won project of the Year for Environmental with a budget of $5 million to $25 million!
