Introducing Civil Engineer Zach Markow. Zach joined Wallace Group’s Water Resource department in 2022, and since then has enjoyed working on a variety of projects across the state. He is also a coach for the Cal Poly’s women’s rugby team. When Zach is not at work or at the pitch, he enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, backpacking, kayaking, hunting, or playing golf poorly. Happy National Roundabouts week! Roundabouts improve safety, operations, and accessibility for all modes of travel. They include buffered bike lanes, shared-use paths, pedestrian-activated crosswalks, and enhanced bus stops among other things. Additionally, they provide residents and visitors a safer alternative for local traffic.

Congratulations to the City of Marina on a successful event honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s legacy with the permanent installation of a bronze bust in his likeness located in a contemplative garden. Wallace Group is proud to have contributed to this wonderful parklet for the City by working closely with the community to bring their vision to life through construction document production and construction oversite.
