Employee Spotlight: Zach Caipang
Welcome to our team Zach Caipang!
Hello Community. My name is Zach and I am from Oxnard, California, otherwise known as the Nard! I love being in the outdoors, whether that involves hiking the local trails, running, camping, or just chilling at the beach. I was also involved in competitive swimming for most of my life until college started, so one might say that I am a fish out of water. When I am not being active, you can usually find me watching hockey (Go Ducks!), relaxing at a brewery, or searching for the best food in town. I am currently on the quest to find the best breakfast burrito in SLO; right now Gus’ Grocery has the top spot.
I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly SLO in June of 2020. After graduation, I worked for a year in the construction management industry in Southern CA. But after realizing I missed the beautiful Central Coast, I decided to come back to SLO where, I took a job as an engineer for Wallace Group. I am excited for my future here at Wallace, and I am ready to rock n’ roll.
